EASY RETURN POLICY
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. Products sold by ScooterTuning.ca are covered under our 15-day customer satisfaction policy. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to ScooterTuning.ca within 15 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, ScooterTuning reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.
The product should be returned intact and in its original package, which includes: blank warranty cards, manuals, the UPC code and any item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. If the product is returned incomplete or damaged, the return may be denied credit or restoring charges could be applied.
We are sorry that we are unable to offer reimbursement for the following items: products containing electronics, gift cards, batteries, oil, GY6 engines, articles on liquidation and delivery fees.
Shipping costs are not refundable except in the event that you are returning a product due to a misdelivery or malfunction reported within 15 days. Return costs are supported by the customer except in the event that you are returning a product due to misdelivery or malfunction reported within 15 days. The customer is liable for loss or damage that might happen during return transport. Thank you for using a transport service including insurance. Please note that C.O.D. return shipments will not be accepted.
Before ScooterTuning can process your request for return, the returned item must be accompanied by the original or a copy of the electronic invoice.
Method of Reimbursement
Once we receive the package and stated that the article meets our terms and conditions, we will refund the amount by the same method of payment your made your purchase with. An email will inform you of the operation. Expect a delay before your refund appears on your credit card statement.

Please allow 1-3 business days for shipping the replacement product.
